About The Spot
La Bottega Nicastro offers cooking and wine tasting classes with various guest chefs and wine experts throughout the season. All classes are Italian food and wine focused unless otherwise noted.
Each class is roughly 18 people in size, with 4 seats at the bar and around 14 at a communal table. There are at least 3 courses demonstrated and eaten - an appetizer, a main course, and a dessert. Two glasses of wine are included.

Classes are quite popular and usually sell out quickly, so we ask that you register as early as possible. All classes are demonstration. Classes begin at 6:00pm.

Wine Classes
Wine Classes are led by La Bottega Sommelier and include 6 wines with 6 food pairings. Each class is roughly 13 people in size unless otherwise indicated. All wine classes are from 3:00pm to 4:30pm - $59 per person
Sunday July 19 | Italy vs France Wine & Cheese | 3pm-4:30pm
Travel to Italy or France and you quickly fall in love with the magical culture, the food, the music, the beaches and most importantly to some of us the wine. We will compare some benchmark Italian and French wines paired with regional cheeses. We leave it to you to decide whether you prefer Tuscany to Bordeaux. Register here.
