Cooking Workshop | Dishes From Roam
Roman Native, chef Cristian Lepore is excited to share some of his family secrets in this hands-on cooking workshop! Join chef Lepore as he teaches the elegant, fresh and simple techniques in making authentic dishes inspired by his beautiful home region.
The class includes a hands-on cooking class, four course dinner, two glasses of wine, and recipes to take home!
Add a pre-seminar dinner special (5:30 to 7pm) for $29* (includes an appetizer, pasta and two wine samples, 3oz each).
